Terms and Conditions for Website Designing Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Web2Rise, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Web2Rise will provide website design and development services as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate document and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the successful completion of the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline and additional costs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment details, including the total project cost, payment milestones, and due dates, will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Project Changes and Revisions
Any changes or revisions to the project scope, design, or functionality must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs may be incurred for changes requested after the project has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Web2Rise grants the client ownership of the website design and associated intellectual property rights. Until full payment is received, Web2Rise retains ownership of the design and may use elements of the project for promotional purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information or materials provided by the other party that is not public knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information and project details.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term or condition. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees and costs incurred up to the termination date.
9. Warranty
Web2Rise provides a warranty period for the website design and development services. Any issues or defects identified during the warranty period will be addressed and resolved by Web2Rise at no additional cost.
10. Limitation of Liability
Web2Rise is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the website, even if Web2Rise has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Haryana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Web2Rise reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
